The hot air throught nonwoven fabric (thermal bonded nonwoven fabric, ) is made from PP and PET and other synthetic fibers. It has the feature of light weight, breathable, and moisture absorbing , it is mostly used in the outer layer and inner layer of hygiene products .Because it is processed throught hot air, it has good softness and well feeling, which can reduce the stimulation to the skin, and keep the hygiene products' quality with high dryness and air breathability.

 

The difference of hydrophobic hot air nonwoven fabric and hydrophilic hot air nonwoven fabric are as follows.

Materials

 

Hydrophobic hot air nonwoven fabric :This material is processed through a special step by adding water repellent agent , in order to protect water from penetration.

 

hydrophilic hot air nonwoven fabric: This material is processed through a hydrophilic treatment, which can absorb and retent the water, and help the liquid to penetrate and going down through its surface , and still keep the dryness on its surface.

 

Application:

 

Hydrophobic hot air nonwoven fabric: It is used in the back surface of sanitary napkin, back surface of diapers, leg of diapers and so on, which can protect liquid from leaking back to skins , and increase the snug feeling.

  

Hydrophilic hot air nonwoven fabric: it is used in the absorbing layer of sanitary napkin and diapers,including the absorbent core of them, which can help absorb and retent the liquid, and increase the absorbing ability and its liquid retention ability.

Breathability: Both these two items have good breathability .
